These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all persons who access, register on, or use the ah33 platform available at ah33.cam ("the Platform"). By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ah33 Platform, you unconditionally and irrevocably accept these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on ah33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Any delay in or failure to perform our obligations resulting from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Termination by ah33: ah33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ah33 determines in its reasonable judgment that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player's activity is suspected of being fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of applicable law.
• ah33 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation and compliance checks.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your ah33 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any available balance. ah33 will process the closure request promptly, subject to completion of any pending compliance review.

ah33 may amend these Terms at any time. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a competent court.

The English language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy between an English language version and any translation, the English language version shall prevail.
